I placed a backorder for the M3 Magpul 10 pack. I knew it could be a while so I settled back to wait. Carlos sent out a couple emails keeping me informed about the status which I greatly appreciated and didn’t really expect. I also had contacted him about a couple matters before I ordered and he replied very quickly. Top marks for customer service. I received the magazines and all 10 were packaged in the factory packaging and looked in perfect condition. HOWEVER… I cannot in good conscience just accept things like that, I need to thoroughly inspect them before I’m happy with them (kinda anal about blindly trusting things). So I took them out of their packaging and looked them over closely. They all looked fine. Dust covers fit solidly in place. I removed the dust covers and I inserted the magazines into my AR (home built on a New Frontier lower). I then loaded all of them. Yep, I dug out my case of 5.56 ammo and loaded 300 rounds into the 10 mags. WHY would he do 300 rounds at once when he could’ve done 30 rounds 10 times? Yeah, I questioned myself about that as I was loading the 8th magazine too (must be my anal approach to things). I used my Maglula loader and it snapped onto each magazine snuggly and properly and allowed me to load and unload them all. Them I reloaded them all by hand… one round at a time… all 300 rounds… and then inserted the loaded mags into the AR with a closed bolt. They all inserted and latched, though a couple did need a good smack to latch. Hey, don’t most magazines need a little encouragement when loaded fully? I then charged the bolt and tried to insert them again. All latched easily. Yeah, now I needed to test to make sure they fed properly and to check the bolt hold open. Yes, I went there (I’m sure you know why too). 300 rounds, manually cycled through the AR using the charging handle to make sure the bolt stripped off the rounds properly and that is was held open after number 30. They all worked fine. I now have accepted them into my provisional inventory. They all have numbers on them and as I get a chance to go to the range and do a live fire test with them, they will one by one be cleared from the provisional inventory and placed in my ready to use inventory. Will I buy from Bayou Gun Runner again? Absolutely. Will I buy M3 Magpul magazines again? Yep – as long as they pass the live fire part, which I’m sure they will. Overall purchasing experience? 5 stars, 2 thumbs up or whatever rating system you want to use.

Good functional mags and good price

Ordered this package and it arrived within a week or so (I only live a few hours away from BGR of course). I am currently deployed so I haven't got my hands on them yet, but come on, they're PMags. I know they're legit and for this price I couldn't pass it up. I am a returning customer and will continue to be. A+

Not a fancy order but got a stack of pmags for a good price. Everything went smoothly and was what I wanted. The customer service however I appreciated, it's always nice when you feel appreciated when spending your money. I'll be looking to move more of my purchases to BGR.

I have always liked Magpul PMags. I like the Gen 3 mags even better than the Gen 2. The quality is even better than before. You can't go wrong with these mags.

Pmags at a great price what more could you ask for...

Have only taken two out the original plastic to use. Both were of great quality. As with every magazine, springs are a little stiff to begin with, but within a couple of reloadings, everything was fine. Was able to easily fill to capacity and there was no binding or problems with connection through my lower and no problems at all with feeding. Magazine extraction was easy, yet did not just "fall" out when the catch was pressed. Performance was excellent. Have not had an opportunity for any "durability" testing, to see how they will survive rough conditions, but have had a chance for temperature testing. Everything worked flawlessly.
