Product was good but not excellent so I gave a 3 star rating. But I have other issues with your operation. When I buy "new" on line I expect a new product in an unopened package. The buffer tube assembly had obviously been opened. The parts were all there but the plastic bag that it came in had been cut open then revealed with tape. Another issue I have is your shipping and handling policies. There are a hundred on line stores that sell ar 15 parts. I can choose any one I want. Why would I buy from a company that charges for shipping and especially handling when I can buy from a company like Joebobs that does not charge shipping and handling and also gives a military discount. I will probably not buy anything more from Bayougunrunner for those reasons.

Dear Mr, I am sorry you are not satisfied with your item but had you read the product description you would have known what you were getting. The item details clearly states that the item is a new weapon take off and the price reflects that. As far as the handling charges that is for the processing of your card and exactly what the processing company charges me. These details are also laid out on the site and unlike other companies I show what you are being charged and not just add it to the product cost.
