I don't normally do reviews for companies I buy from. However this company went out of their was to make sure I was taken care of that I decided to come here and leave a review. Now the product... It is what it is good quality and preformed the job well. This review is not so much as the product but the company. Here is how my purchase went. I ordered 2 of these roll pins and 2 bolt catch roll pins both in stainless steel however when the parts came I had 2 bolt catch in stainless and only 1 forward assist roll pins were stainless and I had 2 regular steel pins. I thought to myself "did they just maybe make a mistake"? So I called them and they told me they were sorry that they had a flood and they wanted to get what they had out the door and that is what they sent me. Now I did not ask for any refund or even for more parts to be mailed out. I decided it really was not that much money for the order that I would just let it go and did not really mind it at all. I was only doing 1 AR build at this time the other was for sometime in the future. Now here is where the company redeemed itself. Several days later Maybe 2 weeks I get a package in the mail from the company. I opened it and in there was a very nice RTIC cup with the bayou gun runners logo on it. This cup is very nice!!! Inside the cup was 4 more stainless steel pins to not only replace what was not sent but extra. Guys I really appreciate it and you have a customer for life. PS I love the cup is it available to purchase? I would love to get one to my father he is the 2nd AR build lol... Matt
