All returns require pre-approval. We will gladly accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items with manufacturers defect and warranty will require the customer to go through the manufacturer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns due to no fault of BGR or manufacturers defects will be refunded via store credit only. BGR will assist the buyer with manufacturers warrantied defects as we are able to but cannot guaranty the manufacturer will honor any returns. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, special order items without defect may not be eligible for return at all. All returns require undamaged factory packaging. Returns via a full refund or store credit will be made on a case by case basis. Customers are responsible for return shipping, shipping charges may not be eligible for refund, no refunds will be given without first returning the item. Returns of damaged items covered by a carrier insurance claim will be based on that carriers policy. BGR reserves the right to determine if your item will be repaired, replaced or refunded via a cash refund or store credit. This decision will be decided on a case by case basis depending on order details. Buyer is responsible for shipping on all returned items. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee not including shipping.
