We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bayou Gun Runner an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Requests for assembled lowers or uppers may take a week or more. We do not ship uppers we have assembled for you without first test firing them and this takes time. We do not clean test fired uppers. UPS does not ship to PO BOX's so do not use one in your ship to address if you select UPS as your carrier. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders if the buyer elects to not pay for insurance. If the buyer does not choose to get insurance then there will not be a refund due to lost or damaged shipments. The carriers shipping and insurance policies will determine the claim process, BGR is not responsible for claim denials. The purchaser is responsible for filing their own claim with the carrier, BGR will assist with providing required information. BGR cares about its customers and highly recommends that customers pay for shipping insurance. Your insurance fees go to the carrier and not to BGR for profit.
